Shipping & Delivery
Processing takes up to 5 days, upon processing of the order an email confirmation will be sent detailing shipping information. Please Note: If your order contains a pre-order item, it will not ship until the pre-order item becomes available. Standard shipping within 2-3 days, orders after 12:30PM (PT) will arrive an additional day later.

We want you to love your new purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 7 days from the date received an exchange for equal or lesser value. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited. We will make every effort to honor exchange requests provided the merchandise requested is available. If you would like to make an exchange, send us an email and, list the item(s) you would like to receive on your replacement order. You will receive an email confirming the processing of your exchange, followed by a separate email detailing the availability and/or shipping status of your exchange. As always we stand behind the quality of our products, and look forward to pleasing our customers. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
To check the status of your order, go to My Account and log in with your email and password. Then click on your order number and the “track order” button. If the “track order” button is not available, your order has not shipped yet. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our distribution center. That email will include estimated delivery dates along with a link to the My Account section.
